This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies work, why they may be used on our website and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone or tablet when you visit a website.

They help websites remember information such as the items in your shopping basket, your preferences and how you interact with the site.

Some cookies are essential for the website to function, while others help us understand how visitors use our website and improve their shopping experience.

2. How We Use Cookies

Our website is powered by Square, which provides our online shopping and payment services.

Depending on the features enabled, our website may use cookies for the following purposes:

These are necessary for our website to operate correctly. They help with functions such as:

• Processing orders securely

• Protecting the website from fraud

• Remembering your cookie preferences

Essential cookies do not normally require your consent.

Analytics and Performance Cookies

These help us understand how visitors interact with our website, including which pages are viewed and how customers navigate the shop.

This information can help us improve our website and make it easier for customers to discover our plants.

Where consent is legally required, we will obtain it before using these cookies. Where an applicable legal exemption is used, we will provide the required information and an easy way to object.

Marketing Cookies

If we use advertising or marketing tracking technologies, these may help us measure advertising effectiveness and show relevant promotions.

Marketing cookies requiring consent will only be activated with your permission.

Some cookies may be placed by trusted third-party services that support our website.

These may include:

• Square: Website functionality, secure checkout and payment processing.

• Cookie consent providers: To remember and manage your cookie preferences.
